  1. Make ready of flour sifted.
  2. Prepare of eggs separate white from yolk.
  3. You need of sugar.
  4. It’s of melted butter.
  5. You need of salt.
  6. Make ready of mango Purée.
  7. Take of dark chocolate.
  8. Take of Mango slices or any fruits for toppings.
  9. Make ready of baking powder.

Mango Purée Cake w/ Dark Chocolate Toppings step by step

  1. Beat the egg whites while adding sugar portions until medium peak.
  2. Slowly add the ingredients by portions, mango purée, sugar, butter, salt, egg yolk then the flour then fold lightly.
  3. Pour the mixture in a pan then bake for 10 minutes. I used rice cooker to bake the cake here and it took about 20 minutes of repeat cook/warm :).
  4. Add the melted dark chocolate on TOP and add your preferred fruit then serve chilled!.
