  3. You need 20 of gGarlic Powder.
  4. You need 40 g of Smoked Paprika.
  5. It’s 1/2 of Large Red Onion.
  6. Prepare 1 of Green Chilli.
  7. Take 50-60 g of Mature Cheddar Cheese(cubed).
  8. Make ready 500 g of Steak Mince.
  9. Make ready 50 g of Scallions.
  10. Prepare 1 of Large Mushroom.
  11. It’s of Tomato(Purée, Pesto)(Desired Amount).
  12. Take of Spaghetti(Desired Amount).
  13. Take of Butter.
  14. Make ready of Salt and Pepper(Seasoning).
  15. It’s 20 g of Couscous(optional).

Giant Stuffed Beef Meatball with Garlic Butter Scallions and Mushrooms Spaghetti instructions

  1. Prep(finely chop the herbs: break up the Mince: chop scallions and Mushroom: make garlic butter(garlic powder+butter). Note: save 1/4 of the herbs for the tomato sauce.
  2. Add Seasoning-Chilli Powder+Smoked Paprika-Garlic Powder.
  3. Add the Herbs-Onion-Couscous. Mix completely. Mould it balls and Stuff with cheese. Pre-heat oven @200’C for 5-10mins.
  4. Fry up Tomato Purée+Pesto with garlic powder+the herbs. Fry the meatballs(seal) too and bottom. Add leftover cheese and the sauce and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Place in the middle rack and oven cook for 20mins @ 200’C.
  5. Plating Suggestion.
