  1. Prepare of Shrimp (I used frozen).
  2. Make ready of Avocado (I also used frozen).
  3. You need of Spices: a bit of curry powder, paprika powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala.
  4. Prepare of Liquid seasoning: a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil, and Hot chili.
  5. You need of Onion.
  6. It’s 1 clove of garlic.

  8. It’s of Lemon (1-2 Tbs).

Shrimp Avocado Fried Rice step by step

  1. Chop the onions,tomato and garlic; heat olive oil and add onions and garlic.
  2. Add the shrimp seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and heat more.
  4. Add the spices and mix.
  5. Add the liquid seasonings and mix.
  6. Add the rice and mix.
  7. Add the chopped avocados and cook until all tastes blend together.
