- Take 1 Cup of cooked rice.
- Make ready 5 of zucchini cubed.
- Make ready 3 of carrots grated or shredded.
- Take 2 of celery chopped.
- You need of small onion chopped.
- You need 1 can of cream of mushroom.
- Make ready 1 can of cream of chicken(or chicken bouillon cube).
- Make ready 16 oz of sour cream.
- You need to taste of salt, pepper, itailan seasoning, provence herbs, and turmeric.
- Take of dry stuffing cubes or bread crumbs.
- Prepare 1 stick of melted butter.
- Prepare of Shredded asiago cheese(optional).
VeggieWreck Casserole instructions
- Cook rice to package directions.
- Pre heat oven to 350°.
- While rice cooks chop all your veggies and then saute with olive oil.
- Combine veggies, rice, condensed soup, sour cream, and seasonings in large casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Top with stuffing or bread crumbs.
- Pour melted butter on top.
- Cook for 30 minutes until bubbly and the stuffing is browned.
