  1. You need 6 of bananas.
  2. Take 4 of carrots.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of seedless prunes.
  4. Prepare 3 tbsp of peanut butter (can use nuts if you like).
  5. You need 2 tbsp of flaxseed.
  6. Take 1/4 can of condense milk.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
  8. Take 2 dash of angostura bitters.
  9. Make ready 1 tsp of grated nutmeg (optional).

  11. Prepare 2 cup of Almond milk/ vanilla supligen.

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend..
  2. If it's to thick for your liking add more Almond milk. If it's to thin add more prunes and bananas..
