- Cut up all the vegetables roughly. In a non stick pan, sauté the chopped garlic on low heat in a teaspoon of olive oil until the garlic begins to turn golden..
- Add all the chopped vegetables and mushrooms, except the spring onions with the hardest vegetable going in first and sauté on high heat. When the vegetables are half done, at about 4-5 minutes, add the milk, dried basil, white pepper and chilli flakes and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
