Ingredients of Bruschetta Spaghetti

  1. Prepare 1 lb of dry spaghetti noodles.
  2. It’s 7 cup of fresh diced tomatoes ( juice and all).
  3. You need 8 tbsp of jarred minced garlic.
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp of italian seasoning.
  5. It’s 3 tbsp of olive oil.
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar.
  7. It’s 1/4 cup of olive oil.
  8. Take 1 1/2 large of onions, diced.
  9. Take 1 of salt to taste.
  10. Prepare 1 of ground black pepper to taste.
  11. Make ready 6 oz of ball of fresh motzarella cheese ( or u can use shredded).
  12. Take 12 slice of texas garlic toast.
  13. Take 2 dash of italian seasoning for garnish per serving.

Bruschetta Spaghetti step by step

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Making sure they are aldente..
  2. Drain and rinse noodles under cool water. Set aside to drain..
  3. Bake garlic bread accroding to package directions. Or until crisp. Set aside but keep warm..
  4. In a bowl combine tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, vinegar, and the 1/4 cup of oil. Mix well..
  5. In a large skillet heat other oil until hot..
  6. Place spaghetti noodles onto skillet and toss to coat well..
  7. Add tomato mix and toss well..
  8. Simmer 10-15 minutes or until heated through. But not dry..
  9. Place garlic toast on a serving plate..
  10. Spoon spaghetti mix over..
  11. Sprinkle with shredded motzarella. Or crumbles of fresh motz..
  12. Garnish with a sprinkle of italian seasoning..
  13. Serve hot and enjoy!.
  14. This dish can also be served cold. Skip cooking process.. toss all together.. refridgerate a few hours. And proceed as normal..
  15. You don't have to place spaghetti over the bread if u don't want to. We were just keeping tradition as close as possible to actual bruschetta..
