  1. You need of bananas.
  2. You need of egg.
  3. Take of almond meal (or oat flour).
  4. Prepare of unsweetened dessicated coconut.
  5. Make ready of carrots (about 150g).
  6. It’s of Optional (Add-ins).
  7. Make ready of Cinnamon.
  8. Prepare of Walnuts.
  9. It’s of Raisins.

  1. Purée or shred carrots. Set aside. I only have a stick blender and have to pulse it serveral times in small batches. It works though :).
  2. Blend bananas and eggs. Set aside..
  3. Mix almond flour and coconut together. Add in banana and egg mixture. Than fold in carrots and any optional add-ons..
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 mins. I made mine in a small loaf pan. Makes about 8 square bites..
