  14. Prepare 1 Tbsp of coconut oil.

  17. Take of ☆1/4 tsp soy-sauce.

Beef Strips, Pepper Steak step by step

  1. Marinade ★ all the ingredients together into a Ziploc bag and keep in the fridge for few hours..
  2. Chop onion and bell peppers into bite size pieces. (By the way, red & green peppers are from my garden!).
  3. Take out beef strips from Ziploc bag, add flour and mix. (I'm using whole wheat flour.).
  4. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan..
  5. Add chopped onions and color peppers and fry for about 1-2 minutes..
  6. Add salt..
  7. Add black pepper. (I'm using mixed pepper corns.).
  8. Add beef strips and fry few more minutes..
  9. Add remaining marinade sauce. (Yes, don't throw it away! You need this.).
  10. Add a little soy-sauce..
  11. Add a little sesame oil..
  12. Turn it off the heat, serve and enjoy!.
