- Prepare 1 tbls of olive oil.
- Prepare 1 tbls of Plain flour.
- You need 3 of Spaghetti enough for.

- You need 1 can of tomato + Basil soup.
- Prepare 1 of Bell pepper diced.
- Prepare 1 of Dried Beef stock.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of pepper.
- You need 1 tbls of tomato puree.

- In a large bowl add the onion.
- Then add the minced neef and breadcrumbs.
- Add the salt and mixed pepper.
- Then the sage and wholegrain mustard.
- Next the egg.
- Porridge oats.

- Next providing how big you want the meatballs (i made small ones and i got 23 so i halved them and froze the other).
- When you get the amount that you need i find it better to squash them in your hand first then run them around the loose flour and roll them tightly.
- Next when you have done them heat up veg oil in a pan to deep fry. When its really hot using a spoon add the meatballs in just a few at a time for near 2 minutes then add them on kitchen roll..
- Take as many as you need and set aside, when the others are cool freeze them for another time..
- Open the soup and bring to the boil add all the ingredients for soup and mix in when boiling turn the heat down and add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes..
