- Prepare 1/3 cup of capers.
- Make ready 1-1/3 cup of water.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Make ready 12 ounces of frozen or fresh cauliflower.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic powder.
