Take 2 tbsp of dehydrated whole milk powder.

It’s 2 tbsp of melted unsalted butter.

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add melted butter.
Slowly add warm water until forms a ball….if too much water is added, add little bit more flour until not sticky.
Let rise for 1 hr covered with clean towel or plastic wrap, away from any drafts….I place mine in the oven before heating..
Punched down dough and place in greased bread pan let rise again for 30 mins.
Preheat oven 350'. Top with melted butter & sesame seeds, bake until golden brown and hollow sound when tapped on bottom.
