Ingredients of Microwave Eggless cake
Prepare 1 cup of all purpose flour.
You need 1/2 cup of butter.
It’s 3/4 cup of powdered sugar.
Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.
Take 1 pinch of baking soda.
Take 1 tbsp or more of chocolate syrup (optional).
You need 1/4 cup of milk powder.
Prepare 3-4 drops of Vanilla essence.
Microwave Eggless cake step by step
Mix butter +sugar evenly in a direction for about 3minutes.
Add milk in it and mix again.add vanilla essence in it..
Add all purpose flour in small batches and continuously mix it.
Add mil powder and mix again.
Add baking powder and baking soda and mix again in one direction..
Preheat the convection mode of microwave for about 10 minutes.
Put the batter in cake tin after greasing and bake for 15 minutes.
