  1. Prepare 1 of kilo shrimp peeled (tails left on) and deveined.

  4. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  5. Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour / corn-starch.

  3. Place egg and flour in a separate bowls..

  5. On the side, deep steamed shrimp in the flour bowl (both sides) then unto the egg bowl then fry a few at a time until golden brown..
  6. For the sauce. Mix water, tomato sauce and pineapple juice then bring to boil. Once boiled, remove from the heat..
  7. Pour the sauce on top of the cooked shrimp or serve on the side in a bowl..
