The great thing about making Japanese rolled omelette at home is that you have the flexibility to experiment and be creative with the shapes and fillings.When the egg gets cooked slightly take a spatula and start rolling the egg from one side.Now pull and move the rolled egg to one side from where you started to roll.Grease the pan slightly again and pour another layer of egg mixture on the other side.

  1. Wash and chop the carrot,onion and spring onion..
  2. Take a mixing bowl break the eggs and whisk it, add carrot, onion and spring onion into the egg and mix it well..
  3. Also add milk, black pepper powder and salt and mix it well..
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the two tbsp egg mixture into the heated pan and cook for few mins., so that the top is slightly uncooked, push it over the side of the pan..
  5. Add little oil into the pan and add another small amount of egg mixture into the pan.
  6. Cook a little set on top now roll the egg.,repeat the same process..
  7. Once cooled sliced the pieces..
  8. Serve hot with bread..
