- You need 1 cup of Whole Wheat Flour.
- It’s 1 of large Apple.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil.
- You need 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Milk.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of +2 tbsps Grated Coconut.
- Take 1/2 cup of Jaggery.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.

- Take the milk, add Jaggery into it and stir nicely and let the Jaggery dissolve..
- Pour the oil, vanilla Essence, stir well and keep aside..
- Take the dry ingredients (Wheat flour, baking powder, baking Soda) and mix nicely. Keep aside..
- Take the cake pan, grease it with oil or butter and keep aside..
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently fold nicely making a smooth batter..
- Now grate the apple and add it to the mixture, add coconut and fold nicely..
- The batter will be little thicker since apple releases lots of moisture while baking..
- Now pour it into the greased cake pan and sprinkle the remaining coconut..
- Microwave on high powder for 8 mins. Keep an eye from 6 mins onwards since the microwave heat differs from one another..
- Take it out of the microwave, let it cool down completely, demould it, cut and serve..
