- Take 3 of boiled eggs diced and we are going to use the white part only.
- Make ready 1 of medium sized onion finely chopped.
- Make ready 1 of small carrot grated.
- It’s 1/2 cup of cheese grated.
- Take 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- Make ready 2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
- Take 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Take 1 teaspoons of oregano.
- Make ready 2 tablespoon of green capsicum.
- You need 2 tablespoon of red bell pepper.
The Keto Salad step by step
- Take a mixing bowl add the boiled eggs.
- Then add salt black pepper powder, grated carrot, grated cheese and mayonnaise.
- Mixing it well then add bell pepper and capsicum, oregano, chilli flakes and onion fix it very well and serve the salad garnish with a bit of chilli flakes and your keto salad is ready to serve..
