Prepare 2 of eggs.
It’s 2 tbsp of milk.
You need 1 pinch of salt.
Take 1 tsp of sugar.
You need 4 slice of bread.
Prepare 2 cup of captin crunch.
Captain Crunch French Toast step by step
Beat eggs, milk, salt, sugar together.
In a cast iron pan turn heat to medium.
Use a plastic zip lock bag and rolling pin. Put captain crunch in bag and use rolling pin to crush into small crumbs.
Spray pan with non stick spray.
Dip a slice of bread in egg and milk mixture then in crumbs.
Add to skillet and adjust heat to cook medium. Brown on both sides. Serve with syrup.
