You need 2.5 cups of grated carrot.
Make ready 1 cup of oil..vegetable or sunflower.
Prepare 4 of eggs.
Prepare 2 tsp of vanilla essence.
Take 2 cups of flour.
Make ready 2 tsp of cinnamon powder.
It’s 1.5 Tsp of Baking powder.
It’s 1 Tsp of Baking soda.
Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Salt.
Take 1.5 cups of sugar.

In a bowl,sieve the dry ingredients ie flour,baking powder and soda,cinnamon and salt..
In another bowl,break the four eggs until whisk till foamy as u add in the sugar whisking until its pale brownish in colour. Now add oil slowly while whisking,then add the vanilla essence..
Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture and fold in the flour until fully mixed..
Finally add the carrots and give it one mix. This is what goes to the oven.
Add your mixture into a baking tin and bake for 30min at 180 degrees..there is the final product..😋.
