Ingredients of Fenugreek Pickle…
- Prepare 50 grams of Fenugreek.
- Take 10 of Lemon.
- Make ready 50 grams of Mustered Oil.
- Make ready 3 tbsp of White Vinegar.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Fennel Seed powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Dried Mango powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Asafoetida.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
- It’s 1 tsp of Salt or as per your taste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
Fenugreek Pickle… instructions
- Heat oil.. When it's starts to smoke off the fire..
- Let it cool for five-minute..
- Add asafetida.. Add cumin seeds… Add fenugreek..n all spices.. . ..
- Let it cool completely.. Now squeeze lemon juice n vinegar..
- Transfer it into a glass or plastic air tight container..
- Keep for 7 days in room temperature..
- Everyday stir with a spoon..
- After seven days fenugreek soaked all spices n lemon juice and vinegar so fenugreek isn't bitter now.. After seven days it's ready to eat…
- Eat daily one tspn pickle at lunch time..
