In a deep bowl combine the biscuits mixture, cocoa powder, mix well, add baking soda and baking powder and mix well..
Add sugar and oil mix. Now add milk and mix well to a dropping consistency..
Now pour in microwave safe cup and add some chocolate chips..
Microwave on for 1& 1/2minutes..
To taste insert a toothpick,if it comes out clean the cake is ready, otherwise microwave for 1 more minute..
