- You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1/2 tsp of rai.
- It’s 1 tsp of jeera.
- You need 1 of hing.
- Prepare 1 of green chilly.
- Make ready 1 of kadipatta.
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilly powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of haldi.
- You need 4 cup of precooked dal.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
- Make ready 1 tsp of salt.
- Take 1 of some corriander!.
Indian Dal (tur) instructions
- Put some Ghee, heat a little.
- Rai, 1 spn jeera.. Let d rai "pop".
- Crush n put Hing.
- after "popping" starts, add mirchi n kadipatta.. mix.
- Lal mirchi, haldi.. mix.. dont burn.
- Add cooked dal.
- Sugar, salt.
- Corriander…. n ready!.
